Custom Foam Props

The owners of Agritainment, Inc. have been creating chills and thrills for the Philadelphia area with the Bates Motel and Haunted Hayride since the mid 80's. A staff of artisans spend a good part of the year designing and building replica and original foam creations. The following pictures are examples of some of the foam props that have already been made by our staff.

	The first step after art design is to form the steel skeletal frame.

	Next we spray the frame with foam and our staff begins the sculpting phase.


	This is a picture of a new tree monster still in the process of sculpting.

	A closer look at the tree monster shows its size and scale. It is an impressive prop with the ability to hide an actor.

	This finished skull measures 20' x 10'. This shows that these foam props allow maximum size with minimum weight.

	Our giant cow skull made from steel studs, wire mesh and spray foam is an example of our detailed finished work. With dimensions of 15' x 20' this prop can open on a single motor.
